OUR ROOTS

Founded in 1987 by Tim and Debbie Stanke, TD&I was built as a family-oriented company grounded in hard work, integrity, and lasting relationships. What began with telecommunications installation in Minnesota and Wisconsin has grown into a trusted provider of critical infrastructure solutions throughout the Midwest.

With more than 40 years of telecommunications industry experience, Tim helped build the leadership team that continues to drive TD&I's growth across the Midwest. In 2023, he and Debbie transitioned the company's day-to-day operations to the next generation of leaders, while Tim continues to serve on TD&I's Board of Directors, providing strategic guidance and helping shape the company's continued success.

Today, more than 350 employees continue that legacy by delivering the quality, responsiveness, and expertise our customers have relied on for 39 years.
